Indain Government banned currency of Rs.500 and 1000

Indian Govt withdrawn Rs. 500 and 1000 currency notes from today midnight. .Rs. 500 1000 Currency notes can be deposited in bank till 31st Dec.2016. ATMs will not work on 9th and 10th Nov.. . New currency notes to be launched for 500 & 1000.



▶ 500 Rs and 1000 Rs will no longer be legal – Effective from midnight.
▶Last day to exchange notes is December 30,2016.
▶ In Banks and Post Offices ,the notes can be exchanged.
▶ ATMs will not be functional for the next two days (9 and 10 November).
▶ 500 Rs and 1000 Rs notes will be accepted in Railway Stations, Government Hospitals, and Railway Stations till November 11.
▶  Tomorrow will be a holiday for Banks.
▶ Do not Exchange any currency of Rs.500 and 1000 from 9th 12:00 AM.
▶ You can exchange money from Bank and Postal offices with identity proofs
▶ You can use this money for emergencies like at hospitals, CNG Petrols, up to 11th November 2016.
▶ Banks will remain closed on 9th..
▶ Initially limit of only Rs.2000rs. Set to withdraw money frm ATM, post 11th it will be changed to Max 4000 per transaction From 10 Nov to 24 Nov you can only exchange 4000 Rs in a day but deposit any amount . Govt. Hospitals n air carriers will accept 500 n 1000 notes till 11th Nov.
